What we keep when you join the list

Your email address, the page and language you joined from, and the campaign tags of the link you followed, if there were any.

Why, and on what basis

To write to you about nor: one email when it's ready and a few short notes before. The basis is your consent, which you give by joining and can withdraw at any time (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).

What we count when you visit

Visits, without cookies and without storing anything in your browser: which page and version you saw, the sections you clicked, how far you scrolled, your country, the type of device and where you came from. To tell visitors apart we use a code that changes every day and doesn't tell us who you are.

We do this to learn which pages work, which is our legitimate interest (GDPR, art. 6.1.f). If you choose a language at the bottom of the page, a cookie remembers that choice, and nothing else.

If you answer the survey

On some pages, after you join, we ask a few one-tap questions: when you'd drink nor, your sport, what you drink today, how you'd like to buy it. We keep your answers with your address to shape nor and to give you the free months we promise for answering. The basis is your consent: answering is optional, and you can stop at any time. We never ask about your health.

Who else handles it

Our hosting, database and email providers, only to run these pages and send our emails, under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell the list or share it with anyone else.

How long

Until you leave the list. When you leave, we stop writing at once and keep only a note that you left, so that we never write to you again; ask us and we'll erase that too.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, object to its use or limit it, and take it with you. Every email we send has a link to leave the list.

If you think we haven't respected them, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
